The advantage of using Klarna is that you don't have to pay right away when buying something on our website. You can pay later by choosing one of Klarna's payment options, giving you much more financial flexibility when planning your fertility journey.
During checkout, simply choose a Klarna option to pay later. If you do not already have an account with Klarna, you will need to create one during the checkout flow.
Payment options
All Klarna payment options apart from Financing are interest-free. Please note that all payment options may not be available in your country.
Split your purchase into three equal-size payments without paying interest or fees.
The first payment is made when your order is processed and the remaining two payments are charged every 30 days. You can set up payments to be made from a bank account, a credit card or debit card of your choice.
Make your purchase today and pay the full amount in 30 days. No interest. No fees.
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email from Klarna outlining your payment details. You can pay with bank transfer, credit or debit card.
Unlike the other Klarna payment options, choosing Direct Bank Transfer (Pay Now) means that you pay the full amount of your order when you make your purchase.
The advantage of Direct Bank Transfer (Pay Now) is that you don't have to enter any credit card details. You simply use your online banking details to log into your bank and pay through direct bank transfer. No fees are charged.
Financing is a traditional credit option allowing you to spread out your costs. You can complete your purchase today and pay back the amount to Klarna in monthly payments. Interest rates apply.
During checkout, you will choose the amount of instalments you want to break your payment into. For instance, six or 12 months.
As part of choosing this payment option, you will set up automatic payments each month by direct debit or credit card. You are able to pay out the remaining amount at any time.
Please note: If you choose the Financing option, we recommend that you consider your financial situation beforehand to ensure that you are able to make your monthly repayments.

All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry-standard security. Every day, Klarna handles more than two million transactions, so you can trust them to keep your payment details safe.
Please contact Klarna directly for any payment queries. We do not hold any information of payments made through Klarna because they are responsible for the payment (or repayment). So if you decided to pay later through Klarna, the amount due is to be paid to Klarna, not us.

Yes. The only exception is if you choose the Pay Now option which doesn't require a Klarna account. If you don't have a Klarna account already, you will be asked to create one during the checkout flow.
You don't have to download Klarna's app. All details about your payment will be sent to your email address. But Klarna's app is a good place to keep track of your payments or payment schedule if you choose one of the options to pay later (Pay in Three Instalments, Pay in 30 Days or Financing).
Yes, Klarna performs a credit check if you choose one of the options to pay later (no credit check is made if you choose Pay Now). You can read more about Klarna's credit checks and credit scores on their customer service page.
No. We handle your order just like any other order made on our website. The way it works if you choose to pay later through Klarna (i.e., Pay in Three Instalments, Pay in 30 Days or Financing) is that Klarna pays us the full amount when you make the order on our website. Then you pay Klarna later in accordance with the payment schedule you have chosen.
