As a licensed sperm bank in the EU, we have strict protocols and procedures to ensure we adhere to all rules regarding national pregnancy limits as well as to the guidelines and legislation regarding tissues and cells as outlined by the EU,WHO and local legislation. For these reasons, you can trust that we are professional in dealing with all aspects of the process.
This annual report reports on the activities in 2025 related to human tissue, specifically semen, at Stichting European Sperm Bank in Amsterdam. This fulfils the Directive 2004/23/EC obligation concerning Articles 10 and 28. The report is submitted to the competent authority via TRIP.
