Our Refer a Friend programme
We value when our donors refer friends to become donors at European Sperm Bank. When a friend visits us for the first time, he informs us that he has been referred. The only thing he needs to provide is the phone number of the friend referring him.
Once he has completed all samples required to determine his sperm quality, the donor will receive 250 EUR. This can be 1-4 samples. If the friend is not approved as a donor, the donor will still receive a referral bonus.
Our donors can refer up to two friends per month.
How to get started

When you visit us for the first time, remember to mention that you’ve been referred by a friend and provide us with his phone number.
You’ll make a sperm sample at your first visit. If your sperm quality is approved, we will invite you to the next steps.

MEET ONE OF OUR DONORS
Some women and couples cannot have children without help. They need people like you, who choose to make a difference, to start a family.
In this video, you will hear why one of our donors decided to become a sperm donor, what the experience has meant to him, and why it is one of the most rewarding things he has ever done.
Sperm donation is all about doing something meaningful for someone you’ll never meet, but who will never forget that it was someone like you who made it possible.
If you can, help those who can’t
Becoming a sperm donor is a powerful way to make a difference. Every donation has the potential to help others create the family they’ve always wanted.
More and more children around the world are born thanks to fertility treatment. Many of them with the help from a sperm donor.
But only 5–7% of those who apply are approved as donors. That means we need more people who have what it takes — people who see the value in giving others the chance to build the family they’ve always dreamed of.
