Why become a sperm donor?

Make a difference to women and couples all over the world and get compensated

As a sperm donor, you help women and couples across the world fulfil their dream of having children. You will be compensated up to 80 Euro per visit. To become a sperm donor, simply apply and follow the application process.

At the European Sperm Bank, we focus on quality. We fully live up to ethical and technical standards, both national and international, in all aspects of our process.

A crucial difference

You can help women and couples all over the world to have a child. To them, your help is crucial.

Compensation

You will be compensated up to 80 Euro per visit. In total, you can donate a maximum of 14 times a month in order to help others.

You will receive a free, thorough health check, genetic analysis and regular STD screening.

Compensation

You are compensated for your time

With your donation, you help childless women and couples to fulfill their dream of having a child of their own. If you are approved as a sperm donor at the European Sperm Bank, you will be compensated up to 80 Euros per visit. You can donate a maximum of 14 times a month.

 

Sperm deposit

Free sperm deposit - Think about your future

When you stop as an active donor and have donated regularly, cf. the contract for min. of 1 year, we offer you a free 5-year sperm deposit (list price DKK 10,100). A sample of your semen is frozen and stored for your own convenience. In this way you secure yourself against e.g. decreased sperm quality or later loss of fertility.

According to DE-law, you cannot donate sperm anonymously. However, only children conceived as a result of your sperm will be allowed to contact you. European Sperm Bank will also know your identity.

You can donate in our Hamburg facilities at Altonaer Strasse 59 or at Ferdinandstraße 47.

We expect you to donate at least four times per month.

In total you can get compensated up to 80 Euro per visit.

  • You will be compensated with 40 Euro for every approved donation: 30 Euro right away and 10 Euro after the donation has been screened for STDs and approved.
  • You will also be compensated for routine blood sampling.
