Siblings for your donor child

Purchasing units and freezing them in a storage account is a great way to ensure that units from the donor you have selected are available for several pregnancy cycles, until you get pregnant. For multiple cycles, we recommend that you reserve the donor sperm when you start your treatment.

With our Parent Storage programme, we offer to freeze sperm to ensure that your child has the possibility of a future sibling from the same donor, meaning that your child can have a genetic brother or sister.

All you have to do is let us know, and we will reserve sperm from the same donor exclusively for you. We can store the donor’s sperm for up to 10 years.

For siblings, we recommend that you reserve your donor’s sperm as early as possible and definitely as soon as you become pregnant. If you wait too long, the donor may become unavailable due to the national restrictions in number of families he has assisted.

We want you to feel happy and confident about your choice. Please do not hesitate to contact us by email, chat or phone if you want to learn more about this opportunity.

Please see the storage pricing options.

If you are buying and freezing sperm for a long time, please be aware that the donor might reach the pregnancy limit for your country of treatment thus not allowing you to use the donor’s sperm. Should this happen, we will of course assist you in changing donor.

We refund 75% of the cost for the sperm stored at our facility in case you decide not to use it.

We are legally obliged to charge 25% VAT on all sperm purchases for freezing storage at our storage facility in Denmark. The VAT in your treatment country may be lower/higher than this, which can potentially cause the price to vary from your standard price.
